Loving it but the wheels aren't up to the rest of the bike. I had an offer I couldn't refuse at the London Triathlon show with hooded brakes on the drops and don't regret buying. Longest fast ride so far 30 miles at just 15 mph mph stopping at all lights. I will be doing 60-mile circuits in north Kent. But I ripped the threads on the fixed hub within 100 miles. Stopping on hills without using the brakes was dead quick but too much for the feeble metal. A pair of Brick Lane Bikes own wheels at around £220 are far better. I now have much faster pick-up with more precise steering and stopping makes for 20 mph average for 10 miles from the City along the A13 stopping at all lights. Exhilarating. Would I have bought it at a higher price with better wheels? No. £350 at the show was the deal-maker for a bike I didn't need and the wife would have objected at spending more. Just about to fit the new Crud RoadRacer mudguards. Should you buy? Depends how hard your ride, how many bikes you have, and if you have space to store them all. Hard riders should pay more for better wheels on this bike rather than a better frame without top quality wheels. City-centre casuals will love it as it is. It looks stunning and so says everyone who sees it. Saddle is very good. Bars narrow for slipping through traffic but a bit too narrow for longer rides on clear roads on the drops.
