Scott says

Competition road bikes are built for maximum efficiency and minimal weight. A typical competition or road-racing bike puts the rider in an aggressive, areodynamic position.

The Foil Premium with its HMX carbon fiber frame is a premium Aero Road bike, developed to be faster and more efficient in all ROAD conditions.
