Ridgeback says
A folding bike is ideal for the whole family. Great for those impromptu trips, a Ridgeback folding bike offers fast, reliable transport. As train companies increasingly restrict the carriage of large wheel bikes during peak hours, the practical portability of a folding bike becomes quickly apparent. A bike in a bag is no longer a bike! As urban commuter, quick errand run-around or just because space is limited, a Ridgeback folding bike offers a smooth stable ride and yet is amazingly compact when folded. All models come with a tough nylon carry bag.

Owner Reviews
Firstly, the Nexus hubs are a treat, takes me back to where I started on bicycles, 3 hub gears. Very smooth, well spaces and easy shifting. Nice handling, due to long stems front and back great for my size (186 cm). Folding is a doddle once you understand peddle position necessary to fold together. Not as neat as the Brompton, but then the Brompton is much more expensive and doesn't at the moment offer the Nexus or similar.
I cycled on this bike on a Charity ride from London to Paris with 30 other people, most of them on Bromptons, some on Dahons (the Ridgeback is a rebranded Dahon) and I have to say that it was equal to the Brompton brigade.
Would I buy it again? Any time! I used it frequently, hasn't had a problem so far after probably a few thousand miles and will go another few thousand.
