Well its bad news for
Kangeroos but great news for road cyclists as Fisik launch their
brand new range of shoes. Three stylish designs for men and women
will hit the shops this December, crafted from super soft but super
tough Kangeroo leather and microfibre with a stiff T700 carbon
sole. A closer look at the unusual criss-cross patterned straps
(two Velcro and click-adjuster with buckle) reveals that they are
made of sailing cloth fibres, making them super durable, but light,
strong and resistant to salt and water. At the heel there's
cushioning that moulds to the shape of your foot, and the heel cup
is supported on the outside with a more flexible carbon strip.
Ultimate style and comfort is reserved for the R1 men's shoe only, which boasts a hex mc moulded carbon fibre buckle (ie bike shoe bling!) and a 40% recycled memory and low rebound foam insole that moulds to your foot shape and absorbs road vibration. The men's R1 Uomo (270g for size 43) and R3 Uomo (274g for size 43) are available in half sizes from 40-47 plus size 48 and the women's R3 Donna (218g for size 38.5) is made in half sizes from 37-42 plus size 43.
