Upgraded from the Mojave, this Kalahari is Stronger, Smoother and more Comfortable. The extra Strength comes in the form of Double-Walled Rims, which will withstand the Bumpy City roads (where they've dug it up several times, sunken drain covers, etc); the Shimano Altus Gearing is much Smoother and more Responsive for Positive gear changes; and the addition of a Lightweight Suspension Seatpost ensures more Comfort than the Sprung Saddle on the Mojave. All-in-All you definitely get a lot more than the extra few pounds on the price tag, and so we would definitely recommend this model if you afford the extra.
