About Cube AMS 130 bikes
AMS 130 is Cube's aluminium framed full suspension Mountain Bike range with 130mm of front and rear suspension making them ideal for all day rides round trail centres, for tackling more testing singletrack and for nailing more demanding and technical descents. The four-bar linkage rear suspension system used is not affected by pedalling or braking forces and the AMS 130 range frames also feature hydroformed 7005 aluminium alloy tubes for good looking, light and strong tubing. Other features include a press fit bottom bracket which increases the stiffness of the bottom bracket area, a X12 rear through axle for a lighter yet stiffer rear axle / rear drive train, a tapered steerer for a more rigid fork / precise steering and integrated cable routing which helps protect cables from the elements and creates a frame with nice clean lines. For a similarly priced range of aluminium framed, full suspension Mountain Bikes with 110mm of travel consider Cube's AMS 110 range. Alternatively for bikes with 150mm front and rear suspension travel consider the Cube's AMS 150 full suspension Mountain Bike range.
Cube says
Four-bar linkage bike with balanced-sporty geometry and classic appearance for Alpine cross or all-mountain touring where a little more suspension travel is required. Due to efficient ride control 130mm of fully active suspension travel are available.
